本文论述了带预制裂纹的全尺寸管在低温下的爆破试验可求得全尺寸管的韧性转变温度。试验过程中测定的裂纹开裂压力和爆破压力值与理论公式所计算值相近。全尺寸管道存在起裂和扩展两类韧脆转变温度,起裂转变温度可根据断裂韧性防爆破温度的变化规律来确定,扩展转变温度一般用剪断口百分数所对应的温度来确定。
In this paper, the ductility test of a full-size pipe with a prefabricated crack at low temperature can be used to determine the ductile transition temperature of a full-size pipe. Crack cracking pressure and burst pressure values measured during the test are similar to those calculated by the theoretical formula. There are two types of ductile and brittle transition temperatures in full-scale pipe which can be started and expanded. The transition temperature can be determined according to the variation law of explosion-proof temperature of fracture toughness. The extended transition temperature is generally determined by the temperature corresponding to the percentage of shear port.
