转炉钢渣的综合利用是实现钢铁联合企业固体废弃物零排放的关键环节,而通过对转炉钢渣进行粒化,配加在烧结生产中可以更好实现钢渣的无害化处理。就粒化钢渣的特性,在烧结生产中配加粒化钢渣进行了工业生产实践,结果表明:在不同烧结原料结构下配加粒化钢渣,对烧结矿的质量影响差距较大,但总体表现是对烧结矿指标有所改善,特别是在全精料原料结构下,在保证烧结矿硅质量分数需要的同时,能够替代部分烧结熔剂,起到降本增效的目的。
The comprehensive utilization of converter steel slag is the key link to realize zero discharge of solid waste in iron and steel complex. Through the granulation of converter steel slag, the harmless treatment of steel slag can be realized better in sintering production. Based on the characteristics of granulated steel slag, the practice of industrial production with granulated steel slag was carried out in the sintering production. The results showed that there was a big difference in the quality of sintered ore when the granulated steel slag was added under the different sintering raw material structure, but the overall performance Is an indicator for the improvement of sinter. Especially under the raw material structure of full concentrate, it can replace part of sinter flux while ensuring the required silicon mass fraction of sinter, thus reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.
