培养学生自我教育能力是时代发展的需要,是个体健康成长的需要,也是加强学校德育工作和全面推进素质教育的需要。自我教育能力,即自己教育自己和提升自己本领的能力,它主要包括自我认知、自我习得、自我调控、自我发展四种能力。培养学生自我教育能力,必须坚持双主体性、实践性、渐进性和时代性四条原则。
The cultivation of students’ ability of self-education is the need of the development of the times, the need of individual’s healthy growth, and the need of strengthening moral education in school and promoting quality education in an all-round way. Self-education abilities, that is, their own ability to educate themselves and enhance their skills, it mainly includes self-awareness, self-learning, self-regulation, self-development capabilities. To cultivate students’ ability of self-education, we must uphold the four principles of dual subjectivity, practicality, gradualism and the times.
