影响煤与瓦斯突出的因素较多,且呈现出复杂的非线性关系,采用传统的BP神经网络对煤与瓦斯突出进行预测,存在收敛速度慢及易陷入局部极小两个突出问题。为了克服缺陷、提高煤与瓦斯突出预测的精准性,笔者提出了一种改进的BP神经网络,并将其应用到煤与瓦斯突出预测中,建立了基于MATLAB神经网络工具箱的改进BP神经网络模型,并以此模型为基础,研发了煤与瓦斯突出预测系统。通过试验可知,该系统可使煤与瓦斯突出预测管理工作更加准确、可靠和高效。
There are many factors that affect the coal and gas outburst, and show a complex nonlinear relationship. Using traditional BP neural network to predict coal and gas outburst, there are two prominent problems of slow convergence and easy to fall into local minimum. In order to overcome the defects and improve the accuracy of coal and gas outburst prediction, an improved BP neural network is proposed and applied to predict coal and gas outburst. An improved BP neural network based on MATLAB neural network toolbox Model, and based on this model, the coal and gas outburst prediction system has been developed. The experiment shows that the system can make coal and gas outburst prediction management more accurate, reliable and efficient.
