液压伺服振动台是现代弧形连铸机的重要设备,可方便的设定与改变波形、振幅、频率,能实现非正弦振动,可极大地满足连铸工艺的要求。振动台伺服阀始终处在高频大行程的状态下,它的运动易引起磨损,产生零位泄露,导致零位电流增大和振动曲线波峰处的抖动。分析了系统的动态特性和最优PID控制参数对系统的动态特性的改善。
Hydraulic servo vibration table is an important equipment of modern arc caster, which can be easily set and change the waveform, amplitude and frequency, can realize non-sinusoidal vibration, which can greatly meet the requirements of continuous casting process.
