一直以来,中等职业学校为我国社会岗位培养了许多复合式应用型人才,为社会市场输入了大量的人才,而学前教育专业一直是中等职业学校的热门专业。近年来,随着中职院校在学前教育专业扩招力度不断加大,对幼儿教师的音乐技能要求越来越高。研究发现,在幼儿时期培养学生的音乐素质有良好的效果,那么作为幼儿学习音乐的重要引导人——幼儿教师作用十分关键。如何在中职院校实现对学前教育专业音乐教学进行改革与创新则是相关人员需要探讨的问题。
All along, secondary vocational schools have cultivated many compound applied talents for social positions in our country, and have input a large amount of talents for the social market. However, pre-primary education has been a hot topic in secondary vocational schools. In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of pre-primary education in secondary vocational schools, the demand for kindergarten teachers’ music skills is getting higher and higher. The study found that in early childhood to develop students’ music quality has a good effect, then as an important guide to young children learning music - kindergarten teachers is crucial. How to realize the reform and innovation of pre-school music education in secondary vocational schools is the issue that relevant personnel need to explore.
