改革开放以来,我国经济建设快速发展,工业设计的重要性引起了广泛的关注。发达国家“科技立国、设计开路”的国策对我国也是很好的借鉴。工业设计是一门工程技术与艺术的交叉学科,目前拥有该学科的是美术类院校和理工类院校,两大教育体系又各具优势、各有特色。美术类院校工业设计专业学生入学时的文化课成绩是300分左右,而理工类工业设计专业的入学文化成绩是500分左右,因此,理工类的学生文化基础好、逻辑思维能力强。但目前中、小学重升学率而忽视美术教育,使得理工类学生入学时美术基础普遍相当薄弱,形象思维能力远不如艺术类学生。同时,入学后开设的美术基础课和三大构成(平面、色彩、立体)课程课时都很有限,所以,理工类院校工业设计专业的美术类课程只是照搬美术院校的教学方式是不合适的。本人毕业于美术学院,任教于理工院校,现在就如何通过因材施教取得较好的教学效果谈些看法,抛砖引玉以求教于同行。

The developed countries “national science and technology, design open ” national policy is also very good reference for our country. Industrial design is an interdisciplinary project of engineering and art. At present, art design institutes and polytechnic institutes that owns this discipline are the two major educational systems that have advantages and distinctive features. Art design college students in art classes at the entrance to the culture class score is about 300 points, and science and engineering industrial design professional entrance culture score is about 500 points, therefore, science and engineering students good cultural foundation, logical thinking ability. However, at present, primary and secondary school enrollment rates neglect art education, making science and engineering students at the time of admission to the art foundation is generally quite weak, far less than the image of thinking ability art students. At the same time, the courses of art basic courses and three major compositions (plane, color and stereo) offered after admission are very limited. Therefore, the fine arts course of industrial design major in science and engineering colleges is not suitable for copying the teaching methods of fine arts colleges . I am a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts and I teach at universities of science and technology. Now I talk about how to get better teaching results through teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes.
