用麻醉的狗,在心肌缺血前及缺血期中,将甘露醇注入31个等容积心脏及15个右心转流的主动脉根部,以评价心肌对细胞外高渗性溶液甘露醇的反应。心肌缺血是由暂时结扎左冠状动脉前降支的近端或中部所造成的。甘露醇显著地改善因冠状动脉左前降支闭塞而出现的降低了的心室作功曲线。在等容积心脏的心肌缺血时,甘露醇也显著地减少S·T段的升高(心外膜心电图),同时冠脉总血流量显著增加(P<0.005),流向缺血区的冠脉侧支血流量也有增加(P<0.005)。
In anesthetized dogs, mannitol was injected into the aortic root of 31 equal-volume hearts and 15 right-ventricular atrophic vessels before and during myocardial ischemia to evaluate myocardial responses to extracellular hypertonic solution mannitol . Myocardial ischemia is caused by temporary ligation of the proximal or middle part of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Mannitol significantly improved the reduced ventricular work-out curve as a result of occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Mannitol also significantly increased the ST segment elevation (epicardial electrocardiogram) and markedly increased coronary blood flow (P <0.005) at the same time of myocardial ischaemia with equal volume of heart, Pulse flow in the veins also increased (P <0.005).
