水文自动测报系统是安全、准确、迅速地进行水文信息采集与传输的重要组成部分，也是水文测报向正规化、标准化、现代化发展的一个方向。对安徽省淮河水文自动测报系统运行８年的情况作了较为全面的评述，提出了系统存在的问题和改进措施的建议。
Automatic hydrological forecasting system is an important part of the safe, accurate and rapid hydrological information collection and transmission. It is also a direction of hydrological forecasting to standardization, standardization and modernization. This paper made a comprehensive review on the operation of Huaihe hydrological automatic measuring and reporting system in Anhui Province for eight years and put forward some suggestions on the existing problems and improvement measures.
