目的 探讨经颅磁刺激膈肌运动诱发电位 (diaphragmaticmotorevokedpotential,DMEP)在健康人群中的电生理学特点。方法 分别经项部及经颅部磁刺激 3 1例 (共 61侧 )健康志愿者 ,并用皮肤表面电极记录各受检者的DMEP ,并分析其电生理学特点。结果 所有受检者在深吸气易化时 ,均可引出DMEP ;右侧颈潜伏期大于左侧 ,皮层潜伏期、颈潜伏期与身高呈正相关 ,中枢运动传导时间 (centralmotorconductiontime ,CMCT)不受侧别、性别、年龄、身高等因素影响 ;本组受检者左侧颈潜伏期为 ( 7.8± 0 .6)ms ,右侧颈潜伏期为 ( 8.3± 0 .6)ms ;合并不同侧别及性别后皮层潜伏期为 ( 12 .2± 1.0 )ms ,CMCT为 ( 4 .1± 0 .7)ms。结论 DMEP是评价与呼吸有关的皮质脊髓束功能的重要电生理学指标之一。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of diaphragmatic motoneurotic potential (DMEP) in healthy subjects by transcranial magnetic stimulation. Methods Thirty-one healthy volunteers (61 sides) were electromagnetically stimulated with methyltransferase and transcranial magnetic fields, respectively. The DMEP of each subject was recorded with the skin surface electrode, and its electrophysiological characteristics were analyzed. Results All subjects were able to induce DMEP during deep inspiration. The latency of the right neck was greater than that of the left, the latency of the cortex and the latency of the neck were positively correlated with the height. The central conduction movement time (CMCT) Gender, age, height and other factors; the left cervical neck latency (7.8 ± 0.6 ms) and right neck latency (8.3 ± 0.6 ms) in this group of subjects; The incubation period was (12.2 ± 1.0) ms and the CMCT was (4. 1 ± 0. 7) ms. Conclusion DMEP is one of the most important electrophysiological criteria to evaluate respiratory function of corticospinal tract.
