组织文化现今对企业来说并不陌生,创建组织文化也成为许多组织的生存之道。作为一种理想化的管理理念,学习型组织理论涵盖组织管理的各个方面,带有较强的理论色彩。虽然学习型组织的理论是一种新型的管理理论,但随着社会发展的不断加快、世界经济体系的全球化,学习型组织的管理理论被越来越多的人所接受。面对日益加剧的变化和竞争,学习和研究学习型组织的理论,在组织中培育学习型组织文化对于现代组织而言显得非常重要。文章首先介绍了组织文化、学习型组织文化的有关概念,其次重点说明如何培育学习型组织文化。
Organizational culture is no stranger to companies today, and creating organizational culture has also become a way of survival for many organizations. As an idealized management concept, the theory of learning organization covers all aspects of organization and management, with a strong theoretical color. Although the theory of learning organization is a new type of management theory, with the constant acceleration of social development and the globalization of the world economic system, the management theory of learning organizations has been accepted by more and more people.
