电荷耦合器件(CCD)是近六年来发展起来的一种新型半导体功能器件。从原理上看,与以往的半导体器件不同,器件中的信号电荷受时钟脉冲电压的控制,可在半导体势阱内作一定时间的锗存并能沿半导体表面定向转移。它在电子学,特别是航空电子学的领域内应用极为广泛:一是电子、通讯、雷达、红外系统包括相应体制的航空兵器的信息处理;二是可见光及红外成象;三是计算技术中的信息储存。从工艺上看,电荷耦合器件是 MOS 集成技术的继承和发展,较通常的集成电路工艺简便许多,容易实现,发展很快。第一篇:一般地介绍了电荷耦合器件的工作原理。扼要地叙述了电路工作者所关心的器件性能参数以及信号电荷的注入和输出技术。还介绍了几种常用的器件结构。第二篇:限于航空电子学的领域,说明了信息处理功能的 CCD 器件在多路传输、信号延迟、横向滤波和循环滤波几方面的工作原理和一些技术问题。CCD 在航空电子设备的数据传输、机裁红外前视、火控雷达以及雷达导引兵器方面的重要应用,相应地作了介绍。CCD 有突出贡献的技术应用是空载雷达和航空兵器的脉冲压缩、脉冲多卜勒信息处理,特别是控制信息的快速谐波分析。第三篇:综述了电荷耦合原理实现摄象的一般结构。从航空兵器可能的应用——电视导制出发,重点介绍了 CCD 红外成象的原理、结构和抗晕措施。与红外成象有关的红外探测器近况作了概略介绍。计算技术中的信息储存也是 CCD 的重要用场之一,由于专业缺限,恕未介绍。这一组三篇文章,是根据国内外发表的极少部分资料整理编写的,少处略有发挥。鉴于资料不足,时间仓促,水平不高,错误缺陷,在所难免。
Charge-coupled device (CCD) is a new type of semiconductor functional device developed in the past six years. It is widely used in the fields of electronics, especially avionics.
