“恒源祥,羊羊羊。”这一耳熟能详的广告语,让亿万消费者记住了恒源祥。同时也让人知晓了信奉“不可为而为之”的恒源祥集团董事长刘瑞旗,经营恒源祥品牌无形资产,聚集起100多家加盟工厂,6889家经销商,整合起近40亿元的有形资产和资本,近5万名员工共同创造消费者需求的产品,把花200元注册的恒源祥品牌价值运作达到20亿元的故事。一个并不被人看好的绒线产品,是如何在注入恒源祥品牌后兴旺发展起来了?其经营品牌的奥秘在哪里?为此,笔者于日前专访了恒源祥集团的领军人物刘瑞旗董事长。
