关于阳虚动物模型的制作方法,目前国内多采用糖皮质激素造型。为了进一步探索外源性糖皮质激素对“阳虚”动物模型的影响和外源性糖皮质激素在体内含量的变化,我们用放射免疫法测定造型动物血浆皮质醇及皮质酮的含量,同时测定肾上腺的重量。 将大白鼠150只分为四组:对照组、醋酸可的松组、醋酸氢化可的松组和地塞米松磷酸钠组。按照醋酸可的松与醋酸氢化可的松20mg/kg体重、地塞米松0.67mg/kg的剂量,臀部肌肉注射。各组于连续给药7、14天
