根据小井眼钻具细、刚度低的特点,充分考虑钻具与井壁的接触碰撞,分别建立了小井眼直井钻具性能评估准则和钻柱动强度条件.通过钻具性能分析,设计了两种防斜钻具,使平均机械钻速由125m/h提高到220m/h.最大井斜角为35°.动强度分析表明:在稳定工作状态下钻柱最大应力响应值为15906MPa,小于相应的疲劳极限应力20647MPa,满足动强度条件.
According to the characteristics of slim hole drilling tools and low rigidity, the contact and collision between the drilling tools and the borehole wall are fully considered, and the performance evaluation criteria and drill string dynamic strength conditions are established respectively. Through drilling performance analysis, two anti-skew drilling tools were designed, which increased the average ROP from 125m / h to 220m / h. The maximum inclination is 35 °. Dynamic strength analysis shows that the maximum stress response of the drill string under steady working conditions is 15906MPa, which is less than the corresponding ultimate fatigue stress of 20647MPa, which satisfies the condition of dynamic strength.
