人力资源是第一资源,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。在我国建设社会主义市场经济的进程中,在经济全球化的大趋势下,企业必须与时俱进,改进管理理念与管理模式,实现科学的管理,员工满意度成为企业管理者十分关注的问题。文章通过对员工满意度的功能和影响因素的分析,旨在对企业人力资源管理工作中,如何通过提高员工满意度、激发员工积极性,稳步促进企业经营发展给予建议。
Human resources are the primary resources, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. In the process of building a socialist market economy in our country, under the general trend of economic globalization, enterprises must keep pace with the times, improve their management concepts and management models, and achieve scientific management. Staff satisfaction has become a matter of great concern to business managers . Through analyzing the functions and influencing factors of employee satisfaction, the article aims at giving advice to enterprise human resources management by improving employee satisfaction, motivating employees and steadily promoting their business development.
