为了研究湿度对胶合木销槽承压强度的影响,选取湿度分别为50%,70%,90%,木材纹理方向分别为顺纹、斜纹、横纹的45个胶合木试件进行销槽承压强度试验,并将试验结果与各国规范公式计算结果进行比较。结果表明:试件销槽承压破坏模式与胶合木纹理方向有关;相对湿度线性增长时,销槽承压强度与试件初始刚度呈现非线性下降趋势;根据规范公式计算的试件销槽承压强度与试验值吻合度较差,需要进一步优化现有规范公式。
In order to study the influence of humidity on the compressive strength of the dowel groove, 45 glued wood specimens with 50%, 70%, 90% moisture content, respectively, Compressive strength test, and compare the test results with the calculated results of the national standard formula. The results show that the pressure failure mode of dowel groove is related to the direction of glued wood texture. When the relative humidity increases linearly, the bearing strength of dowel groove decreases non-linearly with the initial stiffness of the specimen.
