在企业人力资源管理工作实施过程中员工离职行为将促就人力资本流失,增大员工重置费用投入,造成经济损失现象。为此,在人力资源管理工作实施过程中应注重通过实证研究方法,探究人力资源管理实践差异与员工关系,从而在企业员工管理过程中通过激励员工、扩大培训等方式,增强员工对企业的认同感、信任度、忠诚度,就此降低员工离职率,打造良好的人力资源管理环境。
In the process of implementation of human resource management in the enterprise, the employee turnover behavior will promote the loss of human capital and increase the staff’s reset expense, resulting in the economic loss. Therefore, in the process of human resource management, we should pay attention to empirically research methods, explore the differences between human resource management practices and employees, so as to enhance employee recognition of enterprises in the process of employee management by encouraging employees and expanding training. Sense, trust, loyalty, thus reducing employee turnover rate, to create a good environment for human resources management.
