当前社会就业压力很大,但高职院校毕业的大部分学生还没有做好充分的心理准备,也不具备较强的就业意识,这些问题必然影响其就业。高职院校学生就业心理的影响因素主要有三大方面,其一是国家教育制度的变化,国家经济发展情况等社会因素和环境因素;其二是学生本身对就业这个问题的思想意识和态度;其三是大学生整体素养与能力的状况。因此,高职院校在毕业生就业之前,要从多方面为其做好心理准备工作,包括职业规划、心理辅导和心态调整,以促进大学生就业。
At present, there is great pressure on employment in the society. However, most students who graduated from higher vocational colleges are still not fully prepared for psychology and do not have a strong sense of employment. These problems will inevitably affect their employment. There are three main factors influencing the employment psychology of students in higher vocational colleges. One is the social and environmental factors such as the change of the national education system and the economic development of the country; the other is the ideology and attitude of the students themselves on the issue of employment; The third is the status of college students’ overall literacy and ability. Therefore, before the employment of graduates, higher vocational colleges should make psychological preparation for them in many aspects, including career planning, psychological counseling and attitude adjustment so as to promote the employment of college graduates.
