银耳芽孢不仅可作为新型生物反应器生产外源药用蛋白,其多糖也具有重要药用价值,通过测定不同p H值、氮源、碳源、无机盐及营养饥饿等条件下银耳芽孢及胞内外多糖产量,探索各营养条件对银耳芽孢、多糖产量及分泌多糖能力的影响。结果表明,最适初始p H为5,碳源为麦芽糖,氮源为Na NO3,银耳芽孢和胞内外总多糖产量最高,与其它相同条件比较达到显著性差异,在以上单因素变化中,芽孢最高产量13.8 g/100m L,总多糖最高产量为145.31 mg/100m L。但蔗糖及NH4Cl有利于胞外多糖的产生。不同培养基成分实验结果表明,低氮及高无机盐不仅有利于芽孢的生长及多糖的产生,而且有利于多糖的分泌。
Tremella fuciformis can not only be used as a new bioreactor to produce exogenous medicinal protein, but also its polysaccharide has important medicinal value. Through measuring the value of p H, nitrogen source, carbon source, inorganic salt and nutrition starvation, The yield of polysaccharides from both inside and outside was explored, and the effects of various nutritional conditions on the production of polysaccharide and the ability of secreting polysaccharides were investigated. The results showed that the optimum initial pH was 5, the source of carbon was maltose, the source of nitrogen was NaNO3, the yield of total polysaccharide of Tremella fuciformis and extracellular and extracellular polysaccharide was the highest, which was significantly different from other same conditions. However, sucrose and NH4Cl are good for extracellular polysaccharide production. The results of different culture mediums showed that low nitrogen and high inorganic salts not only contributed to the growth of spores and polysaccharides, but also contributed to the secretion of polysaccharides.
