利用变更泵轴转速来调节离心式泵的运行工况的方法,算是最理想的调节方法了。因为,利用闸阀调节法,会产生很大的调节阻力损失,不够经济,且难以实现自控调节操作;减小离心式泵叶轮直径的调节法,虽然可免除调节阻力损失之弊,但是,这种调节仅为一次性的调节,泵送系统工况改变,叶轮直径又要随之变更,适应性差.而变更泵轴转速调节法,不但电耗省,而且工况调节可随生产需要,实现无级调节,所以适应范围广,另外,还易于实现自控调节操
