设计了用于轴扭转振动测量的差动光强光纤束角位移传感器,根据所设计传感器结构,分析了传感器差动光强调制原理,并建立了其数学模型。仿真分析了接收光纤束与出射光纤束的间距p、夹角α及其出射光纤与被测平面距离对传感器特性的影响。选定了传感器的设计参数。结果表明,该传感器测量角位移在±20度内具有较好的线性。
The differential optical fiber bundle angular displacement sensor for torsional vibration measurement was designed. Based on the designed sensor structure, the principle of differential light intensity modulation was analyzed and its mathematical model was established. The influence of the distance p between the receiving fiber bundle and the outgoing bundle, the angle α and the distance between the outgoing fiber and the plane under test on the characteristics of the sensor are simulated. Selected sensor design parameters. The results show that the sensor has good linearity in measurement of angular displacement within ± 20 degrees.
