本文报导四氢噻唑衍生物在离体实验条件下的辐射防护效应。应用从人肾分离出的异倍体细胞系进行体外培养。培养基是含0.5%水解蛋白,6%小牛血清的Ha-nk′s盐溶液。每毫升含100国际单位青霉素和0.1毫克链霉素。研究四氢噻唑本身和2、3、5位有不同取代基的衍生物共7个,以及四氢噻唑环的2位碳被锗取代的化合物2个。防护药物溶于培养基或大鼠血中,并立即加到培养细腻中。把贴附在培养皿底部的单细胞和含药液的上述溶液培养10分钟后,进行X线照射,
This article reports the radioprotective effects of tetrahydrothiazole derivatives in vitro. The aneuploid cell lines isolated from human kidney were cultured in vitro. The medium is Ha-nk’s salt solution containing 0.5% hydrolyzed protein, 6% fetal bovine serum. Per ml contains 100 international units of penicillin and 0.1 mg streptomycin. A total of seven tetrahydrothiazole derivatives, 2,3,5-substituted derivatives and two compounds substituted by germanium at the 2-position of the tetrahydrothiazole ring were studied.
