[目的]探究适宜江苏仪征蔬菜生产绿色高效的施肥方式,加大新型微生物有机肥料在该地区的推广应用。[方法]2015年与南京宁粮生物工程有限公司合作在黄瓜上进行生物有机肥试验,研究生物有机肥对黄瓜植株性状、产量和品质的影响。[结果]与灭活的生物有机肥相比,施用生物有机肥处理植株株高、茎粗分别增加10.9、0.07 cm,果实纵径、横径分别增加2.00、0.29 cm,维生素C、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量分别增加5.8 mg/kg、0.2%、11.6 mg/kg。[结论]生物有机肥的施用能有效促进黄瓜植株生长,促进果实产量的增加和品质的提升。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore a green and efficient fertilization mode suitable for vegetable production in Yizheng, Jiangsu Province, and to promote the popularization and application of new microbial organic fertilizer in the area. [Method] In 2015, we cooperated with Nanjing Ningliang Bioengineering Co., Ltd. to carry out bio-organic fertilizer experiment on cucumber to study the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on plant characters, yield and quality of cucumber. [Result] Compared with the inactivated biological organic fertilizer, the plant height and stem diameter increased by 10.9 and 0.07 cm, respectively. The vertical and horizontal diameters of fruit increased by 2.00 and 0.29 cm, respectively. Vitamin C, soluble sugar, Free amino acid content increased by 5.8 mg / kg, 0.2%, 11.6 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The application of bio-organic fertilizer can effectively promote the growth of cucumber plant, promote the increase of fruit yield and quality.
