Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the serum copper, iron and zinc of radioactive workers and compared with the non-radiation exposure history control group. The results of the test showed that there was significant difference in serum copper and zinc content between the two groups There was a gender difference in serum copper and zinc content among radiation workers. The zinc content in radiation workers was negatively correlated with the length of service. And this study suggests that long-term radiological work can lead to significant decrease of trace elements copper and zinc in the body. Serum iron in this study did not find differences in gender and length of service, the reasons for further study.
