从贵州省少数民族中学生中抽取900名布依族、苗族、侗族中学生,对他们的身体质量指数、身体柔韧度、肌力(瞬间爆发力)、肌耐力、心肺耐力进行测试和统计对比。结果表明,三个民族的体适能各有优势又各有劣势,状况各不相同。建议应按照各民族学生的体适能的特点进行有针对性地选择教学内容、教学方法及手段,加强少数民族中学生的体育锻炼。
A total of 900 middle school students of Buyi, Miao and Dong ethnic groups were sampled from the minority students in Guizhou province to test and statistically compare their body mass index, body flexibility, muscle strength (instantaneous explosive force), muscular endurance and cardiopulmonary endurance. The results show that the physical fitness of the three ethnic groups each have its own advantages and disadvantages and its conditions are different. Suggestions should be based on the characteristics of physical fitness of students of all ethnic groups to conduct targeted selection of teaching content, teaching methods and means to strengthen the physical training of ethnic minority middle school students.
