目的:考察3种头孢菌素药物在木糖醇输液中的稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药配制输液样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中头孢吡肟、头孢唑肟、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,考察在室温下与木糖醇配伍后8h内含量的变化,并观察溶液的外观、测定pH值。结果:头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠在5%木糖醇注射液中很不稳定,1h含量下降至94%,头孢唑肟钠、盐酸头孢吡肟与5%木糖醇注射液配伍后4h内外观无明显变化,pH值变化不大及基本无变化,相对含量分别在94%及92%以上。结论:在室温下头孢唑肟钠、盐酸头孢吡肟在木糖醇输液中2,4h内稳定;头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠与木糖醇注射液配伍液应尽量避免使用,必要时现用现配且于1h内用完。
Objective: To investigate the stability of three cephalosporin drugs in xylitol infusion. Methods: Infusion samples were prepared by simulating clinical medication. The contents of cefepime, ceftidoxime and cefoperazone / sulbactam were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). CONCLUSION: Ceftizoxime hydrochloride and cefepime hydrochloride are stable in xylitol infusion within 2, 4 hours at room temperature.
