本文论述铬系耐磨材料的化学成分对机械性能的影响,机械性能与冲击磨损性能之间的关系,及稀土元素提高铬钼钢冲击磨损性能的因素。由稀土铬钼钢成型的耐磨件经工业性现场装机试验考核,使用寿命是高锰钢衬板的5倍,是锻制道轨钢板锤的1.9倍。实践证明稀土铬钼钢是具有较好综合性能的耐磨材料,在煤炭、冶金、电力、建材等工业中应用,能获得良好的经济效益。
This article discusses the effects of the chemical composition of chromium-based wear-resistant materials on mechanical properties, the relationship between mechanical properties and impact wear properties, and the factors that increase the impact wear properties of chromium-molybdenum steels. Rare earth chrome molybdenum steel molded wear parts by the industrial field installed test assessment, the service life is 5 times higher manganese steel liner, 1.9 times forged rail hammer. Practice has proved that rare earth chromium molybdenum steel is a wear-resistant material with good overall performance, in coal, metallurgy, electric power, building materials and other industries, can get good economic benefits.
