目的探讨和研究儿童免疫接种时的精神性反应和心理干预的作用。方法 2006年6月—2011年6月所辖区域的儿童共计486人,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组按照一般的免疫注射流程进行,干预组则根据不同年龄的心理特点进行心理干预。结果二组间各年龄组出现哭闹等心理反应发生的频次,心理干预组明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理干预能减少儿童的恐惧和晕针反应,增强自信心,提高儿童的自我控制能力,有利于儿童的身心发育。
Objective To investigate and study the role of mental reaction and psychological intervention in childhood immunization. Methods A total of 486 children from June 2006 to June 2011 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was treated according to the general immunization procedure, and the intervention group was psychological intervention according to different age psychological characteristics . Results There was a frequency of psychological reactions such as crying among all age groups in the two groups. There was a significant difference between the psychological intervention group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce children’s fear and fainting reactions, enhance self-confidence and improve children’s self-control ability, which is good for children’s physical and mental development.
