目的分析主产区丹参药材、饮片中重金属及有害元素含量与等级的关系。方法采用2010版《中国药典》的检测方法,对主产区不同等级丹参药材及饮片中铜、铅、镉、汞、砷含量进行的测定。结果药材中铅含量超过限度要求,按传统丹参药材分级标准,重金属及有害元素含量与传统等级呈反相关,丹参饮片中重金属及有害元素含量均低于对应的药材。结论丹参药材等级的划分方法存在一定的局限性,丹参炮制过程有利于降低重金属及有害元素含量,特别是对砷元素。环境污染对药材铅含量影响较大。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Methods The detection methods of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” in 2010 were used to determine the contents of copper, lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic in different grades of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in the main producing areas. Results The content of lead in the medicinal materials exceeded the limit. According to the traditional grading standards of Salvia miltiorrhiza, the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements were inversely correlated with the traditional levels. The contents of heavy metals and harmful elements in the decoction of Salvia miltiorrhiza were lower than those of the corresponding herbs. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza classification method has some limitations, Salvia processing process is conducive to reduce the content of heavy metals and harmful elements, especially for arsenic. Environmental pollution has a significant impact on the lead content of medicinal materials.
