目的 :全面了解深圳市售各类饮料食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的三种添加剂的含量情况 ;方法 :对市场上销售的五类软饮料进行随机抽样调查 ,用高效液相色谱法和统计学方法分析了 10 5份样品中添加剂的含量 ;结果 :发现五类软饮料中三种添加剂的检出率存在显著性差异 ;检出样品中三种添加剂含量基本无品种差异 ;添加剂含量超标率较低 ,仅为 0 .0 175 ;结论 :提出了加强饮料生产厂家和消费市场两方面的卫生监督 ,进一步提高饮料食品的安全性及减少对人体健康的危害。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively understand the contents of three kinds of additives of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in various types of beverage and foodstuffs sold in Shenzhen. Methods: Randomly sampled five types of soft drinks on the market and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography The results showed that there was a significant difference in the detection rate of three additives among the five types of soft drinks. The content of the three additives in the detected samples was almost no difference among varieties. The content of additive exceeded the standard Low, only 0 .0 175; Conclusion: proposed to strengthen beverage manufacturers and consumer markets in both aspects of health supervision, to further improve the safety of beverages and food and reduce the harm to human health.
