密封容器在长期放置或运行过程中,受环境湿度、介质、压力及载荷等因素影响多会产生腐蚀、应力腐蚀裂纹、疲劳开裂等缺陷。针对在役焊接密封容器的结构不可拆卸、无法开罐和加载的特点及检测要求,提出综合应用涡流、超声、电磁超声、金属磁记忆检测等技术对容器焊缝等重点部位进行定期、在线检测,制定了初步检测方案。
