Human resource management is a very important part of the management of institutions in all levels of the society. In the market, human resources management is an effective measure to provide enterprises with sufficient comprehensive competitiveness. In education, human resources are the important basis for ensuring the teaching quality. In the process of human resource management, there will be a lot of information about management participants. In order to optimize the efficiency of human resource management, this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the human resource management of computers and the measures for improvement.
