目的:了解临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(以下简称研究生)岗位胜任力现状,探讨以提高岗位胜任能力为导向的研究生的培养方法。方法抽取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2012级临床医学专业学位硕士研究生210人、导师210人为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法,以研究生自评和导师测评方式、评价研究生岗位胜任能力,包含基本能力、职业素养、医患沟通、医学知识等8个方面。统计研究生和导师对研究生岗位胜任能力各方面的评分分数和总评分。结果医学知识和基本能力两方面,研究生的评分成绩较好;研究生的自评成绩与导师评测成绩在职业素养、医患沟通、团队合作和学术研究4个方面能力差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论临床医学专业学位硕士研究生医学知识和基本能力方面符合岗位胜任能力要求,但是,其他几项能力薄弱且整体欠缺,反映目前研究生的培养与岗位需求之间仍有差距。今后应当以岗位胜任力为目标改革研究生培养方法和考核评价方法:建立职业素质教育体系;深化学术研究过程管理内涵。“,”Objective To know the clinical medicine postgraduates (hereinafter referred to as the specialized degree graduate student)post competency status quo,explore in order to improve the post competence oriented cultivation of graduate students.Methods 210 students year 2015 with professional master degree and 210 mentors from the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were select-ed as the study object.A anonymous questionnaire,student self-assessment and mentor evaluation were conducted to evaluate students’eight post competencies,including basic skills,professionalism,commu-nication skills,medical knowledge awareness,etc.Results Two scores of medical knowledge and basic ability were good,and four aspects in professionalism,doctor-patient communication,teamwork,and aca-demic research from self-assessment and tutor assessment had significant differences (P <0.01).Conclu-sions The medical knowledge and ability of postgraduates fit in with the needs of the post competency, but other abilities were weak and shortcomings,reflecting that there is still a gap between the current post-graduate training model and job needs.In the future,we should take the post competency as the goal to re-form the postgraduate training method and the assessment system,to establish the professional quality edu-cation system,to deepen the process management connotation of academic research.
