本文介绍了我们在把“磺基水杨酸铁配合物组成测定”实验改造为设计性实验时的教学设想、教学实践和教学效果。通过简化实验步骤、增加设计方案提示、给定实验用仪器规格和数量,引导学生自己设计实验步骤以及等摩尔系列溶液配制方案,最后完成所设计的实验并处理数据书写实验报告。实验报告内容包括所设计实验步骤的设计思想,详细的实验步骤,实验数据纪录表格,实验数据处理过程等。教学实践显示,学生基本上都能够在设计方案提示的指导下完成方案的设计,并很好地按照自己设计的方案进行实验,教学效果良好。
This article presents our teaching assumptions, teaching practices and teaching effects when transforming the experiment of measuring the composition of iron sulfosalicylate complexes into design experiments. By simplifying the experimental steps, increasing the design tips, given experimental specifications and the number of instruments used to guide students to design their own experimental steps and equimolar series of solution preparation scheme, and finally completed the design of experiments and data writing experiment report. The experimental report includes the design of the experimental steps designed, detailed experimental steps, experimental data record forms, experimental data processing and so on. Teaching practice shows that students are basically able to complete the design of the program under the guidance of the design proposal and carry out the experiment well according to the scheme designed by itself. The teaching effect is good.
