X射线测定锭杆的残余应力是无损和无接触的唯一方法。它在生产过程中作为质量控制依据的重要性已被人们所认识和强调。本文讨论测定锭杆或小半径工件残余应力的基本原理。为了减少在小半径工件应力测定中X射线光束衍射强度和测角仪旋转轴精度产生的误差,必须采用新的小光点X射线管和工件旋转法。同时,讨论对测定小半径工件残余应力的修正法。所得到的结果是满意的。
X-ray determination of residual stress spindles is the only way non-destructive and non-contact. Its importance in the production process as a basis for quality control has been recognized and emphasized. This article discusses the basic principles for measuring the residual stresses in a spindle or small radius workpiece. In order to reduce errors in X-ray beam diffraction intensity and goniometer rotation axis accuracy in the determination of small radius workpiece stresses, new small spot X-ray tubes and workpiece rotation methods must be used. At the same time, to discuss the determination of small radius workpiece residual stress correction. The results obtained are satisfactory.
