测定38例高原性心脏病患者血中SOD和MDA,将其与世居当地的健康人比较,并对患者治疗前后测值进行比较。结果表明,患者组血中SOD值低于对照组,MDA值高于对照组,有非常显著差异;患病组治疗后SOD升高,MDA降低。说明氧自由基参与了高原性心脏病的发病过程。提示在高原性心脏病的治疗中除给予常规疗法外,可加用氧自由基清除剂及对氧自由基有拮抗作用的药物,还可采用紫外线照射自血回输疗法。
