高等职业教育是我国继发展高等教育之后有一个新兴教育领域。在国外,关于高等职业教育的建设和师资培养方面已经趋于完善,他们更重视从业的准入,重点考核和培训从业实践能力,也很重视专科职业教师和兼职教师的继续教育和普遍教师素质。在比较视阈下,相对于国外,我国对于高等职业教师的培育稍显不足。我国在培养高职教师方面应该要科学定位高职教师的培养目标,建立专业的师资培养机构,推进我国高职教育事业的迅速发展。 Higher vocational education is an emerging field of education in our country following the development of higher education. In foreign countries, the construction of higher vocational education and teacher training have become more and more perfect. They attach more importance to employment access, focusing on the assessment and training of practitioners’ practical ability. They also attach great importance to continuing education and general teacher qualifications of specialized vocational teachers and part-time teachers . In the comparative perspective, relative to foreign countries, our country slightly lower the training of higher vocational teachers. In cultivating high vocational teachers, our country should scientifically locate the training objectives of higher vocational teachers and establish a professional teacher training institution to promote the rapid development of our higher vocational education.
