1984年以来,湖南益阳地区在省地属六所重点中学中开展了三次学生体质竞赛。把既能反映学生体质又简便易行的形态、机能和身体素质指标作为竞赛项目,采用百分位数法(形态、机能)和累进计分法(身体素质)相结合制订评分表,每年统一从各县市教育局抽调一名学校体育干部,从六所重点中学各抽调一名体育教师和校医,交叉分成六个小组分别下到六所学校担任裁判工作。从各校招收的高一学生中,随机抽取男女生各50至55名参加比赛。所有项目的比
Since 1984, Hunan Yiyang has conducted three student physique contests in six key high schools in the province. Using the form, function and physical fitness indicators that reflect both students’ constitution and physical fitness as the competition items, a scale is formulated using the method of percentile (morphology and function) and the progressive score method (physical fitness) A school physical education cadre was drafted from all levels of cities and counties.
