我单位在某厂一座200m~3钢筋混凝土圆形贮水池施工中,为节约木材,采用普通钢管脚手杆作模板内支撑,取得了较好的效果。该水池内径9m,内高3.5m,壁厚12cm,底板、顶盖厚10cm。立筋φ6、8、10,间距13~26cm。混凝土200号(B_8),池内抹20mm厚1∶2水泥砂浆。因水池壁较薄,为确保工程质量,采取池壁与底板一次支模、浇灌混凝土的施工方案。施工缝设于顶盖承托下,模板采用木模。先支内模(吊模,用铁脚支撑模板底
