教师文化对学校管理、教师专业发展、课程改革、教学质量、教师团队精神等有极其重要的影响。农村小学教学点肩负着农村基础教育的重任,可以有效解决偏远农村地区的孩子上学难的问题,促进教育机会均等化,实现义务教育均衡发展。然而课题组通过实地调研发现,河南省农村小学教学点教师文化建设基本处于空白状态。
