目的:体外实验测量不同根管口直径单根牙纤维桩粘固后的振动频率和拉伸强度,研究根管口直径对纤维桩粘结后振动频率和粘接强度的影响。方法:利用RTD纤维桩配套钻头制备不同根管口直径的试件,桩道预备后采用RelyX Unicem树脂粘结系统进行纤维桩核修复。将微型加速度传感器粘固于树脂核上,在一定外激励作用下,采集加速度变化信号,经过傅里叶转换,获得纤维桩的振动频率,采用万能试验机测试纤维桩的拉伸强度。结果:不同根管口直径组纤维桩粘接后的振动频率和粘结强度均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:纤维桩粘结后的振动频率可以反映出根管口直径的变化,提示振动频率可以作为一项重要指标反映纤维桩的粘结性能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of root canal diameter on the vibration frequency and bonding strength of fiber posts after in-vitro experiments to measure the vibration frequency and tensile strength of single fiber post with different root diameter. Methods: The specimens with different diameter of root canal were prepared by using the drill bit of RTD fiber pile. RelyX Unicem resin bonding system was used to repair the fiber post. The miniature acceleration sensor is fixed on the resin core. Under certain external excitation, the signal of acceleration change is collected, and the vibration frequency of the fiber pile is obtained through Fourier transform. The tensile strength of the fiber pile is tested by a universal testing machine. Results: There was a significant difference in the vibration frequency and the bond strength between the fiber posts after different diameters of the root canal and the diameter of the group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The vibration frequency of fiber post can reflect the change of root canal diameter, suggesting that the vibration frequency can be used as an important index to reflect the bonding performance of fiber post.
