基于中国交通规范、高速公路跨线桥交通事故的特征及高速公路跨线桥现有的安全状况,设计了一种全新的高速公路跨线桥防撞混凝土护栏,使之能够满足防御大型货车撞击的要求。为了获得重新设计的护栏的最佳结构参数,应用正交试验法以混凝土护栏截面的6个参数为设计变量,每个变量考虑5个水平,建立汽车-护栏碰撞有限元系统模型进行25组不同截面参数的仿真试验。再利用SPSS对25组试验结果进行数据处理,分析各个参数对护栏性能的影响,根据SPSS数据处理结果得到最优结构参数,再建立模型进行验证。验证结果表明,本文设计的高速公路跨线桥防撞护栏能够有效的防止大型货车侧翻、翻越,从而很好的保护跨线桥桥墩,具有良好的工程应用特性。
Based on the characteristics of traffic regulation in China, the characteristics of traffic accidents on expressway overpasses and the existing safety conditions of expressway overpasses, a new type of anti-collision concrete fence for expressway overpass is designed to meet the requirements of large truck collision avoidance Request.
