目前,探索并应用适当的学习理论,提高老师的教学能力和学生自主学习技能已成为高职教育研究的一个热点。元认知理论是学习理论的一种,自提出以来,就受到广泛的关注。本文通过对元认知理论实施的关键环节的介绍,分析元认知理论对教、学双方的影响,探讨了在高职教育中应用元认知学习理论的重要性。
At present, to explore and apply the appropriate theory of learning to improve the teaching ability of the teachers and students’ self-learning skills has become a hot topic in higher vocational education. Metacognitive theory is a kind of learning theory, since its introduction, it has received widespread attention. By introducing the key aspects of the implementation of metacognitive theory, this paper analyzes the impact of metacognitive theory on both teaching and learning, and discusses the importance of applying metacognitive learning theory in higher vocational education.
