采用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对带式输送机大型传动滚筒轴进行结构优化设计,得到了传动滚筒轴的最佳半径值。该数值与经典力学法求解的结果值接近,表明该优化结果具有实际应用价值,可为传动滚筒轴的优化设计提供理论依据。
The finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0 was used to optimize the structure of the large transmission roller shaft of the belt conveyor. The optimal radius of the transmission roller shaft was obtained. The numerical value is close to that of the classical mechanics method, which shows that the optimization result has practical value and can provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the drive roller shaft.
