在高速钢细长刀具(尤其是拉刀)的生产中,热处理校直是一个重要的问题。现在校直还普遍是手工操作,主要凭操作工人的技术熟练程度,劳动条件差,生产效率低。拉刀校直过程有什么规律?怎样解释校直过程的各种现象?深入研究这些问题,对于能动地指导校直工作,并且为进一步实现校直机械化自动化,具有明显的意义。总结我厂几年来拉刀生产的经验,我们认为,热处理校直过程有一些普遍的规律,并且,用相变过程中的拉压应力效应可以较好地解释
