我厂自1975年开始进行高速工具钢材质的锯片铣刀毛坯热辗工艺的试验研究工作,取得一定成绩,并已部分投入生产。锯片铣刀毛坯为形状简单的盘类工件,材质为高速工具钢,锻造温度范围较窄,易产生锻造裂纹。由此,我厂在清华大学师生帮助下设计试制成功的立式200吨摆动辗压机(图1)在结构上能实现高转速、大进给量,以缩短辗压时间,达到工件快速变形。
Since 1975, our factory has started the experimental research on high temperature tool steel blade sawing blanks thermal rolling technology and achieved some achievements, and has been partially put into production. Saw blade rough for the simple shape of disc-type workpiece, made of high-speed tool steel, forging temperature range is narrow, easy to produce forging cracks. As a result, with the help of teachers and students of Tsinghua University, our factory designed a trial-run vertical 200-ton swinging press (Figure 1) to achieve high speed and large feed rate in structure so as to shorten the rolling time and achieve the rapid workpiece Deformation.
