公司的发展依靠严格的公司治理和内部控制,以及健全的组织结构。随着市场化经济的不断发展,国内企业的发展面临巨大的挑战,不断出现的自身问题制约了企业的发展,据调查,大多数公司面临的问题都与其公司的治理、内部控制、组织结构有着密切的联系。松散的公司治理、形式化的内部控制、繁琐的组织结构等都是导致公司众多问题产生的原因。本文立足新形势下的公司发展,阐述公司治理、内部控制、组织结构的概念,分析三者之间的区别与联系,探究三者之间的互动关系,为公司的发展提供有效的参考。
The development of the company relies on strict corporate governance and internal controls, as well as a sound organizational structure. With the continuous development of a market-oriented economy, the development of domestic enterprises is facing enormous challenges. The constant emergence of their own problems has restricted the development of enterprises. According to the survey, most of the problems that companies face are related to the governance, internal control and organizational structure of their companies close relationship. Loose corporate governance, formal internal controls, cumbersome organizational structures all contribute to many of the company’s problems. Based on the development of the company under the new situation, this article elaborates the concepts of corporate governance, internal control and organizational structure, analyzes the differences and connections among the three, explores the interaction between the three and provides an effective reference for the development of the company.
