我国教育部高等教育司颁布的《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》中明确提出要培养高职学生的英语自主学习能力,为学生的终身学习打下坚实的基础,这不仅体现了社会发展对人才的要求,也符合学习者自身的要求。本文在探讨自主学习的理论基础上,导入Sara Cotterall的语言教学自主学习模式研究高职高专英语视听教学中实施自主学习教学模式的可行性和必要性。阐明了自主学习教学模式在高职英语视听教学中可以取得很好的课堂教学效果,并针对自主学习模式在实施过程中容易产生的问题进行了阐释。
China’s Ministry of Education promulgated the “Higher Vocational Education English curriculum teaching basic requirements (for Trial Implementation)” clearly put forward to cultivate vocational students English self-learning ability for students to lay a solid foundation for lifelong learning, which not only reflects The social development of talent requirements, but also in line with the requirements of learners themselves. Based on the theory of autonomous learning, this paper introduces Sara Cotterall’s autonomous language learning model to study the feasibility and necessity of implementing autonomous learning teaching model in English audio-visual teaching in higher vocational colleges. It is clarified that the self-learning teaching mode can achieve good classroom teaching effect in the teaching of English listening and speaking in higher vocational colleges, and the problems that are easy to arise in the implementation process of autonomous learning mode are explained.
