用肺动脉瓣球囊成形术治疗１７例先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄患者。结果表明，术后平均右心室收缩压由１３．０５±５．４９ｋＰａ降至４．８８±１．８４ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；收缩期最大跨肺动脉瓣压由１０．３９±５．７５ｋＰａ降至２．３３±１．６９ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。４例术后１７～３２月经导管复查，基本维持球囊成形术后的状态。
Pulmonary valvuloplasty in 17 patients with congenital pulmonary valve stenosis. The results showed that the average postoperative systolic pressure of right ventricle decreased from 13.05 ± 5.49 kPa to 4.88 ± 1.84 kPa (P <0.01), and the maximum systolic pulmonary artery pressure increased from 10.39 ± 5.75 kPa To 2.33 ± 1.69 kPa (P <0.01). Four cases were retrospectively reviewed from 17 to 32 months after operation, and basically maintained the status after balloon angioplasty.
